Return Policy

We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. As our T-shirts are printed on demand (POD), we do not keep inventory, and each product is created specifically for you after you place an order. Therefore, we have a unique return and exchange policy in place. Please read the following carefully:

Returns and Exchanges
In order to make your life easier and due to the nature of our Print-on-Demand process, we do not accept traditional returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your T-shirt for any reason, we offer an exchange program under the following conditions:

1. Exchange Policy:
   - If you are unhappy with the fit, quality, or design of your T-shirt, you can request a free replacement.
   - Instead of returning the original item, we ask that you donate the original T-shirt to a local charity, homeless shelter, or anyone in need. This way, we reduce waste and support the community.

2. How to Request a Replacement:
   - To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
   - You will need to provide a photo of the T-shirt you are donating, along with the donation location or organization. This serves as confirmation that you have followed our policy.

3. Conditions for Replacement:
   - We only offer one free replacement per order. This helps prevent misuse of our exchange program.
   - The replacement item must be of the same style, size, and design as the original. If you wish to select a different design or size, please contact us, and we can assist with placing a new order.
   - We reserve the right to deny a replacement if we determine that the policy is being abused or misused.

4. Defective or Damaged Items:
   - In the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team immediately.
   - We will gladly send you a new item free of charge. In this case, you are not required to donate the original item, but we encourage you to do so if possible.

Refunds
Since our products are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds. The exchange policy allows us to keep production costs manageable while ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase.
