1. Order Processing

1.1. All products are printed on demand (POD) after each order is placed. This means items are custom-made specifically for you and are not produced until you submit your order.
1.2. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be prepared and printed before it ships.

2. Payment

2.1. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay, Union Pay.
2.2. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.3. Payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
3.2. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
    3.3. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or holiday periods.
    3.4. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1. Due to the nature of our Print-on-Demand service, we do not accept traditional returns.
4.2. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange program. Please see our Return Policy for details on how to request an exchange and the conditions that apply.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1. Since each item is custom-made, we cannot guarantee the cancellation or modification of an order once it has been placed.

6. Product Availability

6.1. All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you and provide an alternative option or a full refund.
