Welcome to IntenseFit Apparel (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1.1. The Site is operated by Julia Martin ("we", "us", or "our").

2.1. We offer a range of clothes printed on demand (POD). Each item is produced only after an order is placed, and all products are non-personalized.  
2.2. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.  
3.2. All prices on the Site are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.  
3.3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.  
4.2. We aim to ship your order within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.  
4.3. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return and Exchange Policy
5.1. We do not accept traditional returns; however, we offer an exchange program under certain conditions (as detailed in our Return Policy).

6.1. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Julia Martin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.  
6.2. We claim rights to our trademarks and brand identity. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julia Martin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.  
7.2. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany / North Rine-Westphalia.  
8.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Rine-Westphalia.

9. Changes to the Terms
9.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.  
9.2. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
